Who We Are
ICJ Realty is a Memphis-based real estate company focused on affordable, professionally renovated long-term rental homes in Memphis and Shelby County. Founded in 2017, we have worked on more than 100 homes throughout the Memphis area — from distressed and damaged properties to full renovations that bring homes back into productive use for the community.
Our focus is simple: provide clean, stable, affordable housing for Memphis residents and families. We are not a large corporate landlord. We are a local company that takes renovation seriously and manages our properties with care.
What We Do
ICJ Realty acquires, renovates, and manages rental homes in Memphis and Shelby County. We focus on long-term rentals for local residents. Our renovation work is hands-on — we personally oversee every project and do not cut corners on quality.
We take on properties that others overlook — distressed, burned-out, and heavily damaged homes — and bring them back to life. Our goal is to improve neighborhoods while providing better rental homes for Memphis residents.
